Teresa, I forgot you are a dental hygienist...I should have just asked you! (Although, you have your hands full with your newborn right now!) Thanks to all for the suggestions, and it seems to be better. The tooth has cut through, and although it still looks swollen, it is not red, and there is no scab. I am going to keep watching it.
